Thursday: Pork Schnitzel, cauliflower, beet mashed potatoes, and kohlrabi soup
Friday:  Butternut Quinoa with Kale
Saturday: V-day meal, surf & turf, carrots, mashed potatoes
Sunday:  Dinner out - Sushi!
Monday: Pasta with homemade Butternut sauce
Tuesday:  Taco Tuesday (Veggie Base - Kidney Beans, Parsnips, Onions)
