Thursday - Pulled Pork Sandwiches (pre-prepped pulled pork from Sunday, take burger buns out of the freezer early)

Saturday - Shrimp Avocado Salad (cook extra shrimp for easy shrimp pasta next week)

Sunday - Sweet Potato Waffles with Pulled Pork (make extra for pulled pork sandwiches another time) and Vegetable

Saturday - Kim's B-day Party
