Sunday: Falafel, pita, hummus, tzatziki sauce, tahini sauce, cucumber salad

Monday (Hockey Practice day)

  • Lunch: Tuna sandwich, fruit, dates
  • Dinner: Pasta with protein crumbles or meatballs or veggie balls
  • Post-practice snack: fruit smoothie with protein powder

Tuesday

  • Taco Tuesday: Fish Tacos

Wednesday (Late Hockey Practice day)

  • Lunch: Fried Egg Sandwich, fruit
  • Dinner: Shwarma Buddha Bowls with rice, sweet potatoes
  • Post-practice snack: Z protein bar, chocolate milk

Friday:

  • Homemade Pizza or Calzones

Saturday: Planning later!
