Try to avoid: Gluten (bread), casein (milk), safflower, sunflower, soy, corn, processed meats, fried foods, red meat, processed meat (ham, bacon, sausages), dairy, syrups & soft drinks, fast foods and processed foods
Foods that reduce inflammation: nuts, avocados, flax, spinach, olive oil, cinnamon, garlic, asparagus, sauerkraut, lemon, chiles, blueberries, turmeric, ginger, Brussels sprouts, coconut, quinoa, cucumber, cauliflower, chia, acv, kale, orange veggies and fruits, pineapple, salmon
Foods that are ok in anti-inflammatory diet: chicken, turkey, eggs
Meatless Monday: Turmeric Ginger Chickpea Curry
(Chickpeas, Sweet potatoes cubed, peas, onions, garlic, ginger, tumeric curry powder, coconut milk, served over rice)
Taco Tuesday: Taco Salad (with spinach) or tacos (with tortillas)
Wednesday: Salmon & Broccoli with quinoa
Thursday: Kimchi with rice noodles and chicken or pork (check freezer)
Friday: Buffalo Cauliflower bowls
Saturday: Poke Bowls? (Tryouts)
